KF_RF_KORR_DRREL table tuning

Makes the fuel-injection correction map keyed on the exhaust-temperature delta tunable from drive logs. It also fixes the current VE tuning adding too much fuel at RO 7.5–10% and 2,200–2,700 rpm.

After fitting a lighter flywheel or re-balancing the engine's rotating mass, measures the engine's inertia and tunes the parameters it affects automatically, sharpening throttle response. It matters most for how the SMGⅡ behaves.
