5. Pricing

  • All prices for products and services are shown inclusive of tax.
  • We are currently not registered under the Japanese qualified-invoice system (a tax-exempt business).
  • Joining "MESH" (/mesh) is a purchase of MILE. Every tier is a single payment; nothing auto-renews. Prices are totals in Japanese yen, inclusive of tax: Minds is ¥36,000 per MILE (1–99 MILE in one order), Masters is ¥330,000 for 10 MILE, and Mainstay is by individual agreement. The MESH page shows MILE only; the amount is shown on the join form and on the payment page.

▶︎ Additional charges

  • In addition to the service fee, shipping and handling for diagnostic equipment, parts and similar may be charged separately.

6. Timing of delivery

▶︎ Lead times and timing

  • Lead times are agreed individually for each order, per service and product.
  • Services provided online are delivered in sequence following completion of payment.
  • For MESH, a Minds contribution is complete once the handle is listed on MESH after payment. A Masters listing begins once the logo is registered after payment (in both cases the page updates within about a minute). A listing has no term. Anyone who has bought even one MILE stays listed unless they ask to be removed.

7. Payment methods and timing

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card

  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPay (one-time MESH payments only)

Online payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details never pass through our servers.

▶︎ Timing of payment

  • Payment is confirmed on completion of the service, or before delivery.
  • For subscription contracts, payment is processed at the point of contract.
  • MESH is paid at the time of purchase (in advance), once. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge.
  • Minds lets you choose how many MILE to buy on the join form. The amount charged is the price per MILE multiplied by that number. The listing has no term, whatever the number.
  • Payments made from outside Japan may be shown and settled in the local currency, depending on the Stripe configuration. The exchange rate and any fees in that case are as determined by Stripe.

8. Returns and cancellation policy

  • As a rule, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  • In the unlikely event that a product or service we have provided is defective, please contact us and we will deal with it individually.
  • A Minds contribution on MESH is voluntary and is complete once listed on MESH, so it cannot be refunded.

▶︎ Cancellation

  • Given the nature of the services, cancellation after provision has begun is not possible.
  • For services by appointment, we may accommodate a change of date where we are notified in advance.
  • A MESH listing has no term, and there is nothing to cancel — there is no recurring charge. To have a listing withdrawn, contact us. No refund is made on withdrawal.

  • A modern browser (a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or similar)

  • Please consult us in advance if you require overseas shipping or cross-border service.
